My strength is in writing RFP's (request for proposal) documents after completing a thorough needs assessment. If the right questions are asked up front, an RFP can be carefully crafted to incorporate all of the "must have" features, functionalities and capacities of the system that will best serve the organization. I also am very strong in project management and telecom service techniques and troubleshooting.
