Networking proficiency – Including gaming, home theater systems, and mobile phones -Ability to diagnosis and repair basic issues in the Mac OS environment Strong written and verbal communication skills -Work a dynamic, flexible schedule, that includes Holidays, overnights, and weekends -Working with limited or no supervision and in physical isolation, as this is a remote, work from home position -Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where living through challenge and change is necessary.
