Over 20 years experience working and consulting for most of that time. Most of my experience has been with ERP systems, Business Analysis, programming, hardware configuration support. Have supported simple report request to complex system overhauls developing Request for Proposals, leading the selection team and successful implementation. For 13 years I was sole support for the ERP system of a major 24/7 manufacture of hair products with over 40 packaging lines, bulk mixing tanks and blowmold bottling. Worked in all aspects of system support from end-user, database development, process definition and improvements, and hardware upgrades while utilizing a variety of programming skills such as: Cognos, Cobol, RPGIII, Assembler, FTP, EDI, Crystal Reports, Image Database, All Base (relational db), Fortran and etc. In addition participated in overall IT and business support on 2 SAP conversions.
