I am a technical trainer with +7 years of experience. I am working on: - Developing training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures. - Conducting needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training requirements for high impact technology training. -Ensuring the proper implementation of the subject syllabus and the evaluation of its effectiveness. - Recommending and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to technology training programs to enhance the delivery of the training content.
