I am a hard-working professional in the Software industry seeking a part-time opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge. I specialize in Software Documentation. I have been implementing warehouse management systems for the past five (5) years. As part of my job, I create and manage product documentation for new or existing functionality of the software, as well as documentation for operational process flows and training. I have also created presentation slides for pre-sales purposes, demos, and training. I am a very fast learner and am able to learn new software usually very quickly on my own. My skills range from software testing to software documentation, to configuration, to support and troubleshooting. I have also had the opportunity to work with a product management team for which I created the necessary product documentation for internal use, and existing clients.
