I have an engineering degree as well as a law degree. I have done a three-year course on intellectual property. I am also a fully qualified advocate. I drafted a provisional software/algorithm patent for a client in Germany that was related to the tracking of luggage. I assisted a client in New York to respond to a rejection (office action) of a non-provisional patent by the examiner at the USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office). We had a telephone interview with the examiner. My amendments were successful, and the patent has subsequently been granted as US9233507B2. This was largely a software/algorithm patent. I also drafted for the same client another non-provisional patent (3d-printing) which was also filed at the USPTO. This patent has also been granted as US9435998B1. For a client in Norway I did a freedom to operate search. I have done several prior art searches for a client in Sydney Australia. I drafted patents for a client in Melbourne Australia for a betting system and cryptocurrency wallet. We now are filing internationally by PCT. For a client in Kansas City USA, I have drafted a patent regarding digital modulation. I have drafted a patent for a client in California. I also did the drawings. A patent was granted at the USPTO with number US 10,406,075B2. We also obtained a patent for him in Canada CA3029662. I also did a prior art search for him. For another client in Russia I drafted a patent on DNA. For a client in Hong Kong, I drafted six design patents of which 5 have been granted and one is still pending.
