I have many years of experience as a training researcher, curriculum writer, testing specialist, and technical instructor. I apply practical Instructional Systems Development (ISD) processes to design and develop curriculum materials. Over the years I have produced many complex training projects involving all phases of ISD methodology. My experience includes writing training objectives, practical tests, e-packages, and lesson plans for large organizations like the U.S. Army. In addition to curriculum development, I conducted numerous research assignments such as job analyses, gap analyses, and efficiency studies.
