My experience includes creating training materials, software manuals, brochures, RFPs and marketing collateral, as well as delivering technical training courses in the classroom and on the Internet.  I have worked with both engineers and marketing professionals, and understand the complexity of delivering a technical document that is clear and concise for the end user while maintaining your companies unique image and branding.    I am an experienced technical writer with strong training background.
