I am a technical writer, editor, product illustrator, and information designer with more than 20 years of experience documenting hardware (from components to systems) and software (from UIs to APIs). I have created many types of documentation from white papers to web pages. I have designed, written, illustrated, edited, and performed usability testing for start-ups, mid-level companies, and large corporations. My clients have included Gillette, Mercury Systems, SeaChange International, and Aspect Communications. I have also done work for companies outside the US that required a native English speaker. I am proficient/expert with most tools-of-the-trade including Acrobat, Word, MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Snagit, and InDesign.
