I have more than 20 years of experience writing and editing for newspapers and magazines, as well as in public relations work. I'm currently a senior editor at a metropolitan daily newspaper, where my job is to help create an accurate, clear, compelling product for our readers every day. My experience also includes several years designing, writing and editing a variety of promotional and press materials for a United Way agency. My current projects include creating all the marketing and press materials for a new restaurant in my area and writing the educational signage to accompany a museum exhibit. As I launch my own communications company, my goal with every assignment is to understand my client's needs and mission so I can deliver a product that is on target and on deadline.
