I have written technical documents and operational procedures for over 25 years with an attention to process and technical management. I have specialized in healthcare, IT, ECommerce, ERP, CRM and Project Management. I have helped develop web and print marketing and information that is customer facing. Recently I have started writing under the pen name Scott Sequoia as a fiction/suspense novelist and under my own name on a number of projects related with early childhood development.
