Designed and developed a variety of user manuals, and proprietary performance-based training materials for pharmaceutical, computer, and gas & oil industries. Served as project manger and team lead to technical writers and media specialists in the development of print, on-line, and video media for training and troubleshooting support. Conducted seminars and small-group hands-on training for both novice computer users and a network of experienced technical writers. Taught college level classes in instructional design and document management. Directed the startup of a private business school that earned state and federal academic and financial accreditation.
