technologyNew reveals Google Pixel 7 pro

The latest leaks revealed more low-level Google Pixel 7 Pro specifications than the prototype.

The new leak confirms that the pixel 7 custom GS201 chip will continue to use a 4+2+ 2 CPU core and will also continue to use Cortex-A55 cores, as evidenced by a specific alternative solution in boot logs.

  1. Google Pixel 7 Pro specifications

As far as we already know from other leaks, cortex-X1's "big" nutin will also be transferred from the original Tensor.

The original design used the old A76 cores instead of the latest version of cortex-A78 (the last arMv8 medium core), which may end up being the only possible exchange. However, we still don't know what Google planned for the GRAPHICS processing unit and other devices.

When talking about other devices, this is not the first time that a new Pixel 7 Pro display panel word has appeared and this new leak confirms that the particular prototype unit that is at least checked with a new Samsung-made S6E3HC4 replaces the old Pixel 6 Pro S6.

This panel switch is likely to be the reason for the increase in maximum brightness as also reported by the program - 1000 candles and 100% APL (the entire screen is on), higher than the current 800 candles.

Other results from the latest round of leaks on the prototype record include new Cirrus Logic CS40L26 touch chips that seem to be a generation newer than the Pixel 6 Pro, so we can expect better touch reactions than the Pixel 7 Pro.

The STMicroelectronics ST54K NFC chip has been replaced by a simpler ST21NFC chip, which no longer includes UWB functions on the same chip, which does not mean that UWB went from pixel 7 Pro.
