As the manager, trainer and recruiter for an outbound third party tele-sales campaign for A leading Canadian financial institution, who also ranks among the world’s top online financial service firms. In less than 2 12 weeks, our agents(30-130) were able to fast track through orientation and client-specific training, transition onto the production floor, and reach the client’s expected performance, quality targets. In one year, the teams I trained and managed generated over $20 million in premiums and enrolled 11,000 clients per month into a new form of insurance coverage.
