My best strength is in answering phones, If the customer is not happy, while I am on the phone with them, then I have probably just ruined their day, which I would never do intentionally.with them. I'd rather be on the phone smiling with with a customer and knowing I am solving their problem. If your company is looking for a hard working, self-disciplined young lady, then look no further, you have just found her. I also have excellent data entry skills at 55 wpm.
