I have lead teams that have designed and developed projects with budgets of over $1,000,000. Successfully delivering projects ON TIME and with a high level of QUALITY has been my mantra in this industry. Anyone can make a system to work if they hack at it until it does what it is suppose to do. The real challenge is how easily the system can be maintained and modified to accommodate the changing needs of the customer. My goal is to create systems that can easily be understood by another developer. I don't need to spaghetti code a system for job security.
