The Saudi Rushen League has become the focus of the world's attention after the fiery transfer market during this summer 2023, after clubs signed contracts with a distinguished group of resonant names in the world of football.

The Saudi Professional League has become the destination of football stars around the world, waiting for more solid deals during the upcoming transfer periods.Saudi Football League clubs ranked second globally in spending on new players during the summer period, behind the English league, according to the international football federation (FIFA) on Friday.The total expenditure of Saudi clubs amounted to 875.4 million US dollars, behind England (1.98 billion), ahead of France (859.7), Germany (762.4), Italy (711) and Spain (405.6).

1- Neymar

 In a historic deal, Al Hilal has signed Brazilian superstar Neymar as one of the most important talents in the world of the round witch at the moment. 

Al Hilal has signed Neymar, the former Barcelona star and captain of the Brazilian national team, coming from the ranks of Paris Saint-Germain for 90 million euros.

2- Malcolm

The Crescent club has signed the Brazilian star Malcolm coming from the ranks of the Russian Zenit St. Petersburg. 

Al Hilal paid 60 million euros to sign the former Barcelona and Bordeaux star to strengthen his attack in the current season 2023.

3- Ruben Neves

Al Hilal club has completed the contract with the Portuguese star Ruben Neves, coming from the English ranks of Wolverhampton, until the 2025-2026 season for 55 million euros. 

Al Hilal signed Neves, who participated with Portugal at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, to Wolverhampton in 2017 from Porto and participated in 35 matches in the English Premier League last season.

4- Fabinho

 The Etihad club completed its strong deals by signing Liverpool star and Brazilian national team player Fabinho for 46 million euros. 

The Brazilian star, who won the Champions League and the English league with Liverpool, has joined coach Nuno Santo's squad in a strong deal.

5- Sergej Milinković-Savić

Al Hilal has joined the ranks of Serbian international, Sergei Milinkovic-Savic, coming from the ranks of Italian Lazio in the ongoing summer transfer period 2023 for 40 million euros. 

Savic scored 9 goals in 36 appearances for Lazio in Serie A last season.
