The addition will enhance the looks of the home. All the details about the project must be provided in full before the project is to start. Any city/county/state bylaws will have to be provided by the Client Adjustments required after the 10 day period will be charged an hourly fee. Clients will receive Construction drawings for the addition as a fulfillment of the contract. Fees for the town or county the project is being built in will not be incuded in the contractual fees, and permit and application forms can be filled out by our office for an additional fee.
