The tool we have to help us with this is Everything DiSC Management, a tool I´m an authorized partner for. 

It gives you the most in-depth, role-specific, analysis available and works as the foundation from which real growth can happen.

The price includes:

• Everything DiSC Management personality assessment
• Four (4) one-on-one coaching sessions (45 min each)

The package can be extended and adjusted after whatever needs you might have. The price per session, from the fifth session is $150.
