Used public records which is Netronline.com, DataTrace, DataTree etc. to research titles for client reasons usually to establish status of ownership and chain of title. 2. Reviewed and analyzed applicable instruments including deeds, easements, deeds of trust mortgages, mineral reservations and tax assessments. 3. Investigate and verified title vesting and encumbrances. 4. Reviewed Restrictions for reports on actions to clear titles. 5. Prepared commitments ownership policy and encumbrance reports. 6. Resolved post closing title issues.
