• Working on the mortgage documents of different U.S states and maintaining quality data base for the company. • Verifying and analyzing the document details worked by the research department and providing feedback to them and making necessary corrections required for the document. • Sending the documents for final verification to the final audit department. • Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas to minimize the TAT time and achieving 100% quality. • Remain up to date on the process updates. • Delivering the necessary information to the team members on special projects through presentations. • Guiding and sharing the process information to the new team members. • Demonstrated the ability to set priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Actively following the I.S.O guidelines of the organization. • Maintaining punctuality and doing extensions for special projects. • Managing one complete region individually worked on US-Mortgage Process (Equity Loan Services) • Searching for various documents of related property depending on client requirement and provides the relevant information of that property • Searching for all the mortgages, liens and cases of the requested borrower and generating a Property report • Error rectification and maintaining standards of Quality • Verifying the documents and arranging them in order • Suggesting bank on loan application of the customer with regards to the property documents, previous mortgages on the property and other related information which affects the property • Depending on the property report generated, mortgage will be approved for the requested borrower
