Futures for the S&P 500 added 0.5%, putting the benchmark gauge on track for its longest winning streak since one that ended in November. Futures tied to the Dow and the tech-focused Nasdaq-100 also advanced.
The Nasdaq finished down 0.6% Thursday, while the Dow and S&P 500 both closed nearly unchanged.
