• Expertise in GD&T – ASME Y 14.5 Standard. • GD&T Controls & Stack-up Analysis using GD&T principles – Part Stacks and Assembly Stacks using Co-ordinate Dimensions, Part and assembly stacks using Profile tolerance, Run-out and Positional Tolerance. • Tool Design and drafting : • Press Tools - Progressive Tool (Blanking and Piercing), Bending Tool, Draw Tool, Compound Tool. • Inspection and Gauging- Plug gauges, Ring Gauges, Snap Gauges, Taper Gauges, Cartoon gauges • Jigs and Fixture – Plate Jigs, Box Jigs, Angle Plate Jig, Leaf Jig, Indexing jigs &Fixtures, Milling Fixture. • Machining processes and process planning. • Working knowledge on 3D modeling and Detailing as per ASME Y14.5 • Well Exposed in PLM&PDM tools – Team Center & Engineering Central. • Hands on experience in CREO (Pro/E) Sheet metal, Mounted and welding Assembly and Detailing and solid modeling.
