A Conservative MP has been charged with failing to stop after a crash in November.
Jamie Wallis, who represents Bridgend, has also been charged with failing to report the crash, careless driving and leaving a vehicle in a dangerous position.
South Wales Police say the alleged incident took place in Llanblethian, near Cowbridge.
Wallis will appear in court next month.
The 37-year-old became the first openly transgender parliamentarian in British history when he revealed he was setting out to transition.
