Johan has spent a number of years working in the telecommunications industry which included lecturing and organisational design and development. He consults in the field of Human Resource Management and Development, Organisational Design and Development, and Remuneration. He has worked across many African countries. Johan has extensively advised boards of directors and executive management committees on the implementation of best practice. He currently serves on various remuneration committees and is a committee member for the Institute for Personnel Management in Professional Designations.
