*What can I Trademark?  Most commonly, business names, logos, and slogans are protected by federal trademarks. 

**I charge $49 per trademark clearance search conducted. I provide a professional report in pdf format outlining any trademarks that may conflict with your mark(s). I will also classify your mark into the appropriate U.S. class(es). You will also receive a clearance opinion.

How many searches do I need to purchase?  Ex: If you need a word mark AND a design mark (logo) searched, you will need to purchase two searches.  

To proceed, I will simply need you to disclose the mark or logo you’d like to trademark, and a comprehensive list of goods and/or services that will be associated with the mark.
