My background as trainer is mainly related to the Tourism and Geography Department of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, where I have been working for the past ten years. As teaching assistant and then lecturer, I learned to adapt my content to a face-to-face or an online audience and communicate in a clear manner, I designed interactive classes on "Business communication", "Human resources management" and "Simulation in hospitality management" and developed tools for evaluation. Recently I have been employed by Klaipeda University, Lithuania, as online facilitator in delivering the course on "Intercultural competences" to three types of participants: students, job center employees and company executives/managers.
