Good training does more than just throw facts at the end user. It offers compelling reason for the user to want to know more and to apply the things that they learn. I have a unique combination of background skills as a trainer, training manager, QHSE manager, and game designer with broad exposure to training programs ranging from network administration to safety to accounting.
