I help clients create the specific organizational culture they need, leverage that culture to develop a more engaged workforce, and develop their people to become highly invested in the organization's long-term success. By teaching businesses how to hire for cultural fit, interview effectively, develop processes to reinforce their culture, and behave in a manner aligned with their values, mission, vision, and goals, I guide organizations to develop better leaders, managers, and employees. Employee engagement can't be solved with a single event or change. Sustained employee engagement requires a change in mindset. That's why I work with leaders personally, through executive coaching, workshops, consulting, keynote presentations where I work with groups and associations who want more than just a speaker at their next event. My practice is based on the idea that every business has the right to a fully engaged workforce, and every employee has the right to work for leaders, managers, and organizations dedicated to building reciprocal relationships with their people. I help leaders take their people on a journey from where they are to where they need them to be. My work is based largely on my book, "Alignment: Transforming Potential into Performance, Productivity, and Profit". I have delivered more than 100 speeches, presentations, and workshops, consulted with dozens of service industry organizations, and coached countless executives on how to develop more effective leaders and managers.
