I am an experienced trainer and training designer with certifications from the American Management Association (AMA), Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Langevin Learning. I have worked in T&D for over 10 years and have been involved in all aspects of training from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation. I have experience in technical and organizational training. My technical background is in power systems and electrical engineering. My organizational work includes communication, management, leadership, negotiation and other HR topics.
