I have worked for over a decade organizing training programs on many different topics including leadership, wastewater technologies, and micro-finance. I can work with a group of Subject Matter Experts to develop a program for a conference or training starting with nothing and have done that multiple times a year. I've worked with planning conference/training events for groups of 20-1000+ people and everything in between. I have worked not only on developing the program, but on all the logistics it takes to put on an event either in-person, hybrid, or virtually.
