I am contributing on different research and practical projects. More than three years of professional experience around continuous improvement processes have allowed me to develop expertise linked with the required skills. My professional years were dedicated to the management and deployment of improvement projects (organizational diagnostics, quality management, change management, knowledge management, and deployment of quality tools) into Luxembourg’s organizations. Since 2010, I am responsible for a project supporting the deployment of one management tool, “Citizen Charter”, in Luxembourg public administrations.
