As a transcriptionist, I convert audio or video recordings into written or electronic text. My main responsibility is to listen to recordings and accurately transcribe the spoken words and any relevant information, such as speaker names, sound effects, and background noises. My transcript is a verbatim record of the recording, meaning that it includes all words, pauses, and other sounds exactly as they were spoken.

As a translator who converts written text from one language into another language. My main responsibility is to accurately and effectively translate written text from the source language into the target language, taking into account cultural and contextual differences between the two languages.

As a writer who creates written content for various purposes, such as books, articles, blog posts, scripts, marketing materials, and more. My main focus is to research and write compelling, engaging, and informative content that meets the needs and expectations of its audience.

All three of my professions involve working with language and communication, but they have different areas of focus and different responsibilities.
