Hello. My name is Sandeep Raj. I also Worked as level 2 agent handling the escalated and challenging issues of the irate customers. I also handled temporary project from Yahoo where they provided videos of 6 to 10 minutes length and my role was to listen too the videos and transcribe them into excel with accurate time stamping.
