Kate did a great job, really fast and tremendous value. Even the odd hiccup in the data format of my recording didn't stand in her way. Two things to consider when you might be looking at say alternatives: i) Is the cost of your own time in validating the work that you've outsourced. Kate's work was faultless so I didn't have to spend time correcting work. ii) Kate applied as to my request 'British spelling" to my work. Saves a lot of time compared to using others who have applied US spelling to the work they've done for me (and I've had the time consuming task of altering the various spellings).
