I have a bachelors degree in Culinary Management and have over eight years in the culinary industry. Right now I am a supervisor of a small bakery and contorl the costs, marketing and expansion. I worked at Darden corporation for over six years in both the front and back of house.
My best ability is to have projects that work with my strength of writing or construing words to help market or transcribe different items for other people. Along with this I tend to complete work early and submit to employers so that they can review it to ensure the proper quality without sacrificing their time for the project.
