During my last two jobs I did not receive a lot of training, which forced me to learn new processes and programs quickly.  During my time as a technical support analyst I used a database daily where I entered information about customer communications.  Much of my communication with customers was via email.  Because of the fast-paced environment my emails had to be quick and concise.  In my current job, because I work from home most days, much of my communication is over email.  These two positions have helped my data entry skills to grow.
