    Okay, I gotta tell anybody that is reading this ... Lucy is a godsend. I ended up getting a flood of work in at the last minute before a business trip, and I was at my wits ends....then I contacted Lucy, and she said yes. I picture this woman sitting in her home wearing a superhero costume waiting for the distressed calls on her superhero's phone!
