Open incoming mail and distribute. Process all outgoing mail and
parcels using computer software. Coordinate and process bulk mailings, including mail
merging, copying materials, folding, printing addresses, packaging, and prepare reports
for USPS according to their standards. Make copies and assemble materials, reports, and
presentations. Maintain all machines including, specialized computer software, mail
meter, address printer, copiers, fax machines, and folding/inserting machines. Process
orders for and maintain stock of office supplies and inventory. Process all invoices regarding mailroom & building operations. Prepare reports as necessary. Contact vendors. Receive incoming packages and distribute. Reconcile monthly paperwork. Over see building maintenance, grounds keeping & janitorial. Backup for receptionist and meeting preparation as needed. Help with any other general administration needs as necessary.
