Starting in 2001 as a 17-year-old university student/part-time translator and interpreter, I have worked for multiple international organizations until landing a job at the newly established Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Initially performing the duties of an officer, in time I was twice promoted until my current position of the Deputy Head of Main Operations Department of the ministry. 14 years and counting.
