I experienced that students learn in a variety of different ways. I will try to be flexible about how I deliver information in order to make my work as accessible to my students as possible. It can take time for students and me to get to know one another's styles, but the ability to adapt to various and changing circumstances is one that can only benefit everyone involved in the our relationship.

Patience

I have learned to be patient with my students. This is especially important for me who is helping struggling students catch up with their peers. As a good tutor I will not get frustrated or impatient and will be willing to go over material as many times and in as many different ways as needed for their pupils to feel comfortable with their understanding and proficiency.

Online tutoring schedules are usually created in advance to fit the availability of both the student and the me. These schedules may be subject to change if any of us has a conflict, I will be reliably available for as many of the scheduled sessions as possible, barring emergencies.
