I am working in multinational pharmaceutical company . I can work on word, excel and powerpoint. I have good speed in typing speed for data entry. I was taking care of file management. Coordinate and arrange for Training and Marketing activities at various regions of the Kingdom. Arrange perfect logistic for the smooth running of training at different regions of the kingdom like hotel, meeting room etc. Ensure appropriate travel and hotel arrangements for personnel as necessary. Assist in the preparation different training modules and coordinate with vendors for preparation of brochures, leaflets e.t.c. . Issue purchase order for vendors and process the invoice for payment.
