  Good communication skills. Documentation (SOW, FRS, etc.) on project is superior. Stays on top of progress of both his staff as well as my opinion of work to date. Has good understanding of project and is able to effectively get desired results. Staff Project Manager is very well skilled in analysis, programming, and testing of code. I found few "fixes" were needed. Those that were found were quickly remedied by Project Manager, Amit. Intuitively, things that would make the project better for myself and my family members were incorporated by Amit and his staff and we have appreciated them all. This is just the first of many projects we will be involved in over time. Satisfaction level: Very Good. Have to leave room for striving for excellence!
