I have a master’s degree in education with vibrantly colorful experience of 32 years lecturer experience and 30 years in leadership position ranging from Head of Department, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Secretary and Head of Research Center to Assistant Rector. Because of my achievement at the university, in 2018, I was promoted to Ministry of Education and Culture – Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta as the Special Staff of Minister for Public Communication and International Collaboration; a high rank position at the ministry. My tremendous life stories have been able to capture the “anatomy” of a university management and to be aware of the professional working atmosphere with international communities including the ones from United States of America. My understanding and experience of university management leads me have the capability to promote the strengths of the university and to deal with its weaknesses. Meanwhile, my awareness of the professional working atmosphere has created me as a well-rounded person that is ready to adapt with a new environment and to work in a team that always tries to “see the unseen and think the unthinkable.”
