Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Manager, performs a variety of Loan Servicing functions in connection with Commercial, Real Estate and consumer loans including processing the final closing and distribution of paid loans, preparation of payoff demand statements, and maintenance, tracking and review of all pending loan documents and exceptions. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: •Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. • Process all paid loans and ensures distribution of paid Commercial, Real Estate and Consumer loans according to established procedures. •Prepare payoff demand statements and other requests to provide payoff information in written form. •Maintain, manage and track all pending/outstanding loan documents and exceptions. •Perform final checklist sign off of all credit and collateral files after confirming that all •documents are in file and that the file is complete. •Index and image loan documents. •Cross-train on and serve as primary back-up for the File Librarian and Credit Desk. •Maintaining the SLA end to end.
