  • More than 3 years experience working as an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR with a US-based PM, so organisation and managing things are on my nerves.
  • 1.5 years experience as LIVE OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGER with a US-based PM, managing 300 listings with a team of 20 VAs
  • Worked for more than 15 clients dealing the administrative, customer support, and virtual assistant tasks.
