1. Services:

•  editing footage, adding music, animations & graphics, creating title cards and captions
• The estimated number of hours for the Services is 3 hours, but the actual number of hours may vary based on the scope of the Project.

2. Client Responsibilities:

• Provide all necessary footage, music, graphics, and other materials in a timely manner and in the format specified by Contractor.
• Obtain any necessary licenses or permissions for the use of copyrighted materials.
• Provide clear and detailed instructions and feedback throughout the editing process.
• Pay Contractor for the Services as set forth in Section 3.

3. Payment:

• Client agrees to pay Contractor a rate of $75 per hour for the Services.
• Payment terms will be 50% payment advance & final payment upon delivery].

4. Delivery and Turnaround Time:

• The estimated delivery Time for the completed Project is 3 hours.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. Revisions:

• 3 revisions are included in the base fee. Additional revisions may be subject to a $75 per hour fee.
