Video editing is not a job that can be accomplished with one person, which means that being a video editor requires collaboration. This is why I work as part of an international team of talented editors and producers, all the while learning more about how to get the best out of my work.

At the same time, team dynamics are crucial to any interpretation of success in any creative industry, whether it's in design or advertising or even law and medicine.
