Hello My name is Danielstar. I am a 27 year old PhD student from Cape Town South Africa and a self taught and fairly skilled Video Editor. I am always motivated for any job. Video editing for online social media platforms is what got me 14.5 thousand subscribers on youtube in just about 2 years. Fastly becoming one of South Africa's fastest growing youtube channels. I also have over 23 thousand page likes on Facebook with more than 28 thousand followers. My experiences, love for what I do and passion to grow are what make me suitable for a variety of many different video editing projects. With more than 5 years’ constant learning as a self taught Video Editor, I am well versed in Adobe Premiere pro as well as After Effects. My background includes assembling raw footage, selecting usable sequences, tweaking content, and using software to produce exceptional final products for video productions for comedic, food, news, vlogging and music videos. With my proficiency in Adobe Pro, After Effects and other technical tools/plugins —along with my ability to collaborate effectively with industry experts, peers, and freelance teams—I am confident that my talents and abilities would significantly benefit whomever I am working for.
