My specialty is providing content for video games (particularly narrative) in the form of dialogue and story. I have done mission design in the past, along with complete character design. The latter involves writing out the character's personality and story, and eventually amounts to several pages dedicated to just one character. My latest project is We Slay Monsters, in which I designed the story and missions from scratch. This is probably my most rewarding project and the one I'm most proud of. My rates vary based upon the type of content I will be generating. If I'm editing a design document or polishing already-written content, my rate is usually $30. However, if I create content from scratch, especially involved and very detailed content, my rate is typically $40-$50.
